KH Collective specializes in authentic secondhand designer bags, wallets, jewelry and accessories. Each listing is about the individual piece offered, including its condition and the accessories or documentation included.
Authentication documentation
Some listings include a third-party Certificate of Authenticity, while others include original brand cards or presentation materials. These are different types of documentation. Please refer to the product description for the named authentication provider and the exact documents included; an original brand card is not the same as a new independent authentication report.
A certificate, dust bag or original box is included only when expressly stated in the individual listing. If you would like further information or documentation before purchasing, contact khcollectivellc@gmail.com.
Pre-owned condition
Light wear, patina, scratches, edge wear, interior marks and missing components are disclosed in the listing where applicable. The photographs form part of the condition description. New-without-tags items are identified separately from previously used pieces.
Independently upcycled items
Any independently upcycled or altered item is labeled as such. An item made using designer-branded hardware is not represented as having been manufactured or originally sold by that designer in its altered form. Please read its construction disclosure before purchasing.
Authenticity refund remedy
If you have an authenticity concern, email khcollectivellc@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant documentation. We will arrange a review and explain the next steps.
If third-party authentication substantiates that an item sold as authentic is not authentic, we will authorize its return and provide a refund. This authenticity remedy is separate from the seven-day ordinary-return window and does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Questions or concerns
Ask about a piece before checkout if you need additional information. If you have a concern after delivery, contact us with your order number and the relevant photographs or documentation so we can review the issue.
