Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Available shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Order processing

We dispatch orders within two business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier, not delivery to your address. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the shipping service and destination.

Current shipping options

• Standard shipping: $8.

• Free standard shipping: available for qualifying order totals of $70 or more, as calculated at checkout.

• Express shipping: $15.

Express is a shipping-service option, not a promise of same-day dispatch. If you need an item by a particular date, contact khcollectivellc@gmail.com before placing the order to confirm whether we can meet your timing.

Your delivery details

Please check the delivery address carefully before checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible; an address change may not be possible after a parcel has shipped.
